Last updated: February 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZoomClaw ("the Service"), operated by ZoomClaw ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZoomClaw provides an AI meeting assistant ("OpenClaw") that joins Zoom meetings on your behalf to listen, transcribe, and respond using AI models and tools running on your local machine. The Service includes web-based meeting management, subscription billing, and related features.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to record or transcribe meetings without the knowledge and consent of all participants, where required by applicable law.
  • Engage in automated, scripted, or abusive usage patterns that strain system resources.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' meetings, data, or accounts.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance.

6. Meeting Data & Transcriptions

Meeting audio is processed in real-time for transcription and AI responses. We do not permanently store meeting audio recordings. Transcription data and meeting metadata (duration, timestamps) are stored for usage tracking and may be retained for up to 90 days.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Zoom (via Zoom API), Recall.ai (for meeting bot infrastructure), OpenAI (for AI responses and text-to-speech), and Stripe (for billing). Your use of these features is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
